The TRAIL Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) Program Open Enrollment runs from October 14 - November 14, 2025. No changes can be made prior to October 14. More information will be sent by mail.
Beginning October 14, 2025, you can go to MyBenefits.illinois.gov to learn more about your new plan.
Live TRAIL seminars are available to provide additional information and answer questions you may have.
