Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employees and their families can gain confidential assistance with personal issues by accessing the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) administered by ComPsych Corporation for non-AFSCME represented employees and the Personal Support Program (PSP) administered by AFSCME Council 31 for all other State employees.
Adoption Benefit Program
Employees who adopt children are eligible for reimbursement of adoption expenses up to $1500.00 through the Adoption Benefit Program.
Smoking Cessation Program
Members and their enrolled dependents are eligible to receive a maximum $200.00 rebate upon completion of an approved Smoking Cessation Program.
Weight-Loss Benefit
Beginning July 1, 2014, employees are eligible to receive a maximum $200.00 rebate toward the cost of an approved weight-loss program once every three plan years.
Reproductive Healthcare Benefit Program
Beginning July 1, 2023, employee and their dependents are eligible to receive a maximum reimbursement of travel and lodging expenses in order to access reproductive healthcare outside of their state of residence through the Reproductive Healthcare Benefit Program.
