The Illinois Office of Communication and Information (IOCI) is a graphic design, publications, and multimedia production team dedicated to delivering media services. Our team is here to help you communicate with your constituencies.

The Bureau provides media services to Constitutional office holders, State agencies, boards, and commissions. IOCI provides graphic design, video production, audio production and news monitoring and distribution services that include designing brochures, mailings, posters, reports, and banners to live broadcasts, satellite uplinks, and State news coverage.

IOCI Radio provides raw audio related to State government news conferences to radio stations and news outlets throughout the State.

State elected officials, agencies, boards, and commissions can use the press release service to distribute news to any medium, geographic area or may establish a list of their own to maintain. Additionally, Editorial Services offers media monitoring alerts for your agency.

Our video production team produces video news, public affairs, educational and public service programs both on site as well as in the studio located in Springfield. Video can be transmitted by satellite uplink and is posted online for use by media outlets.

Distributes audio and video content to broadcast stations throughout the State and nation via FCC-licensed satellite transmissions.

The team of professional designers has extensive design experience in the public and private sectors. The designers will develop images and formatting for infographics, logos, brochures, posters, maps, backdrops, magazines, calendars, newsletters, ads, banners, displays, billboards, PowerPoints, annual reports, and more for State agencies and office holders.
