Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Smoking Cessation Program

Members and their enrolled Dependents are eligible to receive a rebate towards the cost of a Smoking Cessation Program.  The maximum rebate is $200, limited to one per plan year and available only upon completion of a Smoking Cessation Program. Please note that many manged care plans offer smoking cessation programs separate from the Department's Smoking Cessation Program.  Employees who utilize a smoking cessation program through their managed care plan are NOT eligible for a Smoking Cessation Program benefit through the Department.

The following therapies are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are an integral part of a Smoking Cessation Program.
