Hispanic Employment Plan
The State Hispanic Employment Plan is designed to provide increased access to state employment for Hispanic, Latino, and Bilingual/Spanish employees and will help to build a governmental workforce that more accurately reflects the diversity of our great state.
Schedules and Events:
Hispanic Employment Plan Survey
The state conducts an annual survey to determine the impact of its annual Employment Plan. This survey collects statutorily required data on Hispanic, Latino, and Bilingual/Spanish employees in the state workforce. Beginning in 2023, full electronic survey results organized by agency name are included in each of the report appendix links below.
Update (7/14/20): The 2020 report has been republished with corrections to employee count data. Due to technical errors, the time frame discussed in an earlier version of the report did not match exactly with the time frame covered by the data in the original report.
