Native American Employment Plan

The Native American Employment Plan is designed to provide increased access to state employment for Native Americans and will help to build a governmental workforce that more accurately reflects the diversity of our great state.

The state will conduct an annual survey to determine the impact of its annual Employment Plan. This survey will collect statutorily required data on Native Americans in the state workforce. The data will be reported on this page.

Update (7/14/20): The 2020 report has been republished with corrections to employee count data. Due to technical errors, the time frame discussed in an earlier version of the report did not match exactly with the time frame covered by the data in the original report.
