2026 In-Person Events: Fall Prevention
Be Well Illinois and Aetna® are excited to offer new fall prevention programs exclusive to TRAIL members. These no cost classes, are designed to increase your activity, build strength and improve balance to reduce your risk of falls.
Our partner, Illinois Pathways to Health, offers evidence-based programs designed to promote self-management of chronic health conditions (such as diabetes and chronic pain), prevent falls, and foster individual well-being.
Adaptive Fitness Series
In-Person Classes for Peoria area members located at Pearce Community Center – Aerobic Studio, 610 West Cedar St., Chillicothe, IL 61523.
All classes meet from 2:00-3:00pm CT with hot coffee and refreshments to follow from 3:00-4:00pm CT.

A Matter of Balance – Kankakee County
An award-winning program designed for older adults to manage falls and increase activity levels. Two trained coaches guide participants through learning and activities that emphasize strategies to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels.
