The State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding availability of vacant land or land for redevelopment for purchase within the corporate limits of the City of Springfield, Illinois for the purposes of constructing a central computing facility for the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT).

Respondents should not direct questions or discuss this Request for Information with any State of Illinois employee other than the identified solicitation contact. All questions must be directed in writing to CMS.DataCenterRFI@illinois.gov by June 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Central. No phone calls will be accepted.

Responses to all written questions will be posted to this website and respondents should monitor the webpage for responses to questions and updated information. All questions about this Request for Information will be posted on this website by no later than June 21, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Central. All proposals must be submitted in the format identified in the solicitation by no later than June 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Central. Late proposals will not be accepted.
