Rutan Interviewer Recertification Training
Rutan recertification training is only for those who have completed the full two (2) day Interview & Selection certification training.
The training was developed pursuant to Governor Quinn's Administrative Order #2 (2009) which reaffirms the principles of the 1990 U.S. Supreme Court decision regarding hiring in state government.
The website will include an evaluative component to ensure that those taking the refresher course continue to have an appropriate knowledge of hiring compliance guidelines and procedures.
Multiple choice and True/False questions will be presented after a short video. Participants will select an answer to each question. The correct answer will immediately be displayed. The responses will not be graded and participant's answers will not be retained. You should allow at least one hour to complete the course.
