The Executive Ethics Commission ruling regarding the FY 2012 managed care contracts has been released. The managed care health plans for the FY 2012 Benefit Choice Period, effective July 1, 2011, will be HMO Illinois, HealthLink OAP, PersonalCare OAP and Blue Advantage. Members will have until June 17, 2011, to choose a new health plan.
