The Fiscal Year 2016 Travel Guide for State Employees is now available on the internet at:

The Travel Guide contains information regarding travel by State employees. The Guide also contains the Fiscal Year 2016 Preferred Hotel Listing, a comprehensive guide to hotels that offer State employees quality accommodations at a discounted rate. The Preferred Hotel Listing is designed to assist travelers in locating hotels and identifying services to fit their specific needs. Employees are required to contact preferred hotels first when seeking overnight accommodations. The rates listed in the Preferred Hotel Listing are valid for travel on or after July 1, 2015, and will remain in effect through June 30, 2016, although rates may be based on availability.

In an effort to reduce costs, a hard copy of the Travel Guide for State Employees will not be published. Agencies are encouraged to utilize the listing online instead of printing hard copies.
