Attached is the Preferred Hotel Listing. The Governor's Travel Control Board has negotiated agreements with a total of 324 hotels/lodges. The FY04 listing is a comprehensive guide to hotels that offer state employees quality accommodations at a discounted rate.
The Preferred Hotel Listing has been designed to assist travels in locating hotels and identifying services to fit their specific needs. Employees are required to contact preferred hotels first when seeking overnight accomodations.
The rates listed are valid through June 30, 2004.
The FY04 Preferred Hotel Listing is also available on the internet. As hotels are added to the listing, this site will be updated. It is unlikely that a hard copy of the Travel Guide for State Employees will be published this year due to budget constraints.
