Travel Update 10-04

This Update shall serve as notice to state agencies and employees that beginning January 1, 2010 the State of Illinois will implement a change in the method used to set the rate of reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles while traveling on official government business.

Beginning January 1, 2010 the State of Illinois will increase or decrease the rate of reimbursement for mileage effective on the same date that the increase or decrease is effective according to the Federal General Services Administration.
