Travel Update 08-02

Attached is the Fiscal Year 2008 Preferred Hotel Listing. The Governor’s Travel Control Board has negotiated agreements with a total of 309 hotels/lodges. The FY08 listing is a comprehensive guide to hotels that offer state employees quality accommodations at a discounted rate.

The Preferred Hotel Listing has been designed to assist travelers in locating hotels and identifying services to fit their specific needs. Employees are required to contact preferred hotels first when seeking overnight accommodations.

The rates listed are valid through June 30, 2008.

The FY08 Preferred Hotel Listing will also be available on the internet at: Travel Guide. As hotels are added to the listing, this site will be updated. A hard copy of the Travel Guide for State Employees will not be published this year.
