Video & Satellite
The Illinois Office of Communication & Information posts broadcast quality video files for use by the news media. Video from news conferences is generally posted to the webpage within an hour of the event. Public service announcements are also posted.
Video Production
Video production services are available for State government news coverage, public service announcements, interviews, educational or informational programs, and official events around the State of Illinois. These productions can be live and/or taped.
Satellite Services
We provide coverage of State government news conferences and events, which can be available the same day via satellite to media throughout the State and nation. Uplinks usually consist of 15 to 30-minute windows featuring the event and B-roll. Video from news conferences is generally posted to the Broadcast Quality Video webpage within an hour of the end of the event.
