Video & Satellite
The Illinois Office of Communication & Information (IOCI) posts broadcast quality video files for use by the news media at the link above. Video from news conferences held by State of Illinois constitutional officers, elected officials, and State agencies, boards, and commissions is generally posted to the webpage within an hour of the event. Public service announcements are also posted.
Video Production
Video production services are available for State government agencies, boards, and commissions upon request. Video productions include public service announcements, interviews, educational or informational programs, and content for social/digital media.
Satellite Services
IOCI provides coverage of State government news conferences and events, which can be available the same day via satellite. IOCI generally records the event – usually consisting of 15 to 30-minute windows featuring the event and B-roll – and uplinks it at a later time.
