The Rapid Results Approach

The Rapid Results Initiative uses tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement, adapted from the Toyota Production System, to improve Illinois State Government Services. It is a team-based problem solving approach that leverages the skills and knowledge of the people doing the work to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

The Initiative empowers employees to visualize and analyze processes to improve flow, minimize wastes, and maximize customer value.​
