The Office of Operational Excellence (OOE) seeks to create a customer-focused culture in Illinois State Government that embraces a lasting commitment to continuous improvement, continuous learning, and respect for people. The Office oversees the Rapid Results Initiative, Learning & Professional Development (LPD), and the Governor's Office Academy of Leadership (GOAL).
