Annette Nance-Holt currently serves as the First Deputy Commissioner of the City of Chicago Fire Department. First Deputy Nance Holt is the first woman in the history of CFD to be appointed as First Deputy. She leads one of the largest fire departments in the country and serves as an inspiration to many young female firefighters and EMTs.
