HealthLink OAP Network Update

HealthLink has announced that it has reached an agreement with Springfield Clinic to offer HealthLink Open Access (Tier 1) to members of the College Insurance Program (CIP), Teachers� Retirement Insurance Program (TRIP) and the Local Government Health Plan (LGHP). This applies to all doctors, all locations and all services that Springfield Clinic provides. CIP, TRIP and LGHP members have until June 17th to finalize the selection of their health insurance plan. Members who may have already enrolled in another insurance option can change to HealthLink until the June 17th deadline. Coverage becomes effective July 1, 2011.

To assist members with their insurance questions, Springfield Clinic has established a special help line. Patients can call Springfield Clinic at 217.528.7541 or 800.444.7541 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and ask for the "State Employee Hotline."
