The Fiscal Year 2014 Travel Guide for State Employees, which includes the Fiscal Year 2014 Preferred Hotel Listing, is now available on the internet at: The Fiscal Year 2014 Preferred Hotel Listing is a comprehensive guide to hotels that offer State employees quality accommodations at a discounted rate.

The Preferred Hotel Listing has been designed to assist travelers in locating hotels and identifying services to fit their specific needs. Employees are required to contact preferred hotels first when seeking overnight accommodations.

The rates listed are valid through June 30, 2014, although may be based on availability.

In an effort to reduce costs, a hard copy of the Travel Guide for State Employees will not be published this year. Agencies are encouraged to utilize the listing online instead of printing hard copies.
