A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

  1. Call to Order

    At approximately 10:01 a.m. Chairman Anthony Pascente called to order a meeting of the Governor’s Travel Control Board.

  2. Consideration of Minutes

    June 22, 2021

    The minutes of the meeting of the June 22, 2021 meeting were approved. Motion made by Chaiman Pascente with a second by Jim Foys to approve the minutes.

      1. Illinois Department of Public Health – In headquarters Travel Expenses
      2. Illinois Environmental Protection Agency – Reimbursement of Lodging Over State Rate
      3. Illinois Environmental Protection Agency – Reimbursement of Lodging Over State Rate
      4. Illinois Department of Transporation – Blanket Exception to Lodge in Camper

  4. New Business

    There was no new business on the agenda, it was decided to place on the next meeting for new business information how the implementation has been going of the electronic travel request that the Department of Revenue is using. More information will be gathered for the next meeting regarding the success/issues of the form, and possible implementation of the form at CMS.

  5. Adjournment

    A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 10:16 am by Chairman Pascente and Jim Foys seconded the motion.
