Special Enrollment Period

A Special Enrollment Period will be held from October 10, 2011 through October 28, 2011, for all members. You may only change your health carrier. New health plan elections will be effective December 1, 2011. Those wishing to change to a different health plan must complete, sign and return the Special Enrollment Form to their Health Plan Representative (HPR) no later than October 28, 2011.

Please note, you cannot add or drop dependents during this Special Enrollment Period.

You will be required to meet medical deductibles under the new health plan if required regardless of whether a deductible has already been met under the previous health plan.
