November 10, 2010 Minutes
A meeting of the State Use Committee was held on November 10, 2010. Chairman Ken Sharkey called the meeting to order at 11:15 A.M.

Minutes
The committee reviewed the minutes from the June 24th meeting. A motion was made by David Dailey and seconded by Dr. Bryson to accept the minutes. The minutes were unanimously approved.
New Business
Seven contracts were presented to the Committee for vote. These contracts represented 81 jobs at a value of $12,527,592.42.
A motion was made by David Dailey and seconded by Ken Sharkey to approve the contracts. The contracts were unanimously approved. We have a clause at the bottom of the vote sheet stating that the prices offered are reasonable and would not be substantially more if this procurement were to be competitively bid. Each committee member is to sign, date and return to State Use Office for filing.
The State Use Committee is still in need of a new private member. Ken Sharkey said that one member had been appointed; her name is Chris Dickey from a Rehab facility in Flora. Ken is working on filling all the seats.
No future date had been set for the next meeting.
Adjournment
A motion to adjourn was made by David Dailey and seconded by Dr. Bryson. All were in favor. The meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.M.
