The TRAIL Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) Program Open Enrollment runs from October 15 - November 15, 2023. No changes can be made prior to October 15. More information will be sent by mail.
Beginning October 15, 2023, you can go to MyBenefits.illinois.gov to learn more about your new plan.
Live TRAIL seminars are available to provide additional information and answer questions you may have.
No action is required, unless you have a change, or you wish to opt-out of the plan.
